Changing pickup covers

Is it posible to change the plastic covers on the VHII 4 cond.
ESP LTD HM300 - Holydiver ::::::       Kramer stagemaster I -   Crawler ::::::
ESP custom M-1 -VHII

If it's an open poled pickup, then not it's not without rebuilding the pickup.  You could always sell it and buy one in the colours you want?

Pretty sure if you contact BKP they can do a bobbin swap, might cost you though.

Are you sure?  I thought it was part of the core of the pickup?

Not sure, but they can change a 2 conductor pickup to a 4 conductor easily enough, i thought that would require unwinding and stuff?

I'm sure i heard something about a bobbin change, hence the recommendation to phone the workshop. I'll be happily proved wrong though.

Changing a 2 conductor to a 4 only requires resoldering the lead out wires inside the pickup.  To change bobin colour would require a rewind or a pickup swap.
