I've heard a Screamer being used live. Good sound but I think it needs an extra speaker cab to get the maximum out of it.

I was very lucky, I got an extremely good deal from my friend Dave at Oxford Guitar Gallery so I'm pleased about that.
Live I'll still use my JCM800s as that's me tone really, I just wanted a specific high gain amp for p/up testing along side my Marshalls, also something for the trade fairs too.
I'm really looking forward to it. 8)
I used to tour Mesa's years ago but since going back to Marshall some years ago I've found it hard to deal with their weird mid range, also I had quite a few reliability issues too so this time I fancied a change!

I've been thinking about trying a Powerball, my JMP-1 sometimes sounds too clean if you can believe that, especially with the Les Paul.

used to own a poweball, Tim will know my taste in music, but will do anything fron fenderish cleans to classic rock to in-your-face metal chugging and has a great solo tone!

Guess I never should have sold it! BooHoo

Maybe I should get meself another Screamer head an 2by12, see as I'm sellin my Soldano now!

Want that instead Tim? sorry no trades!
