Almost the same here-got great GCSE results then wasted a year of my life at college. To be fair the college made me do courses i really didnt want to do (Maths and phsics-boring!!!). All i really wanted to do was music and at the time all you did in music was learn the difference between baroque and classical music. there wasnt much chance to rock in them days!
