I have a 2x12 cab with one 45w and 1 100w both 16ohm, connected together making 8ohm cab...but what wattage is it

I think you take the lowest watt speaker and double it, so it should be 90 watt.
I think it is anyway, I could be wrong though.

You're right. The load is shared by the two speakers, so you double the lowest.
It's a 90w cab.
