Miras are incredible value for money!!! Probably more so than any other set neck available imo.

Not really. The Mira is by far the PRS I like most, it's just hardly ideal. ;)

No, I think most people are voting "other" because they want something different from standard specs - doesn't mean they don't like the Mira per se.  In fact, the Mira seems to be the PRS that people who hate PRS sort-of-don't-mind. :)

I'm pretty happy with the two PRS models I have - the Mira and McKorina.  I'd slightly give the edge to the latter, so I voted McCarty.

BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

Actually, the Santana signature model shape is my fave (forgot all about that one) since it's a LP double cut shape and it doesn't have the typical PRS Headstock.  Pity they're in the second-mortgage price range.

HTH - they did a cheaper Santana model for a little while.  The Santana III.  They're more reasonably priced:

The Mira is almost the same design of the Santana, with a pickguard and traditional PRS headstock.

That IS nice like Dave, but £2199 is still a very pricey guitar imo.  Anyway, the Santana II is nicer 'if' I was going to stump up the cash for one.

And a flat top instead of a carved maple top, wrap around bridge instead of a trem, different scale length, different controls and different pickups. ;)

Whatever PRS it is it has to have a rosewood neck.

Currently have a Cu24 Artist Pack trem with an IRW neck (standard carve) and Cold Sweats. Maybe it'll be slightly better as a wide-fat... Anyway, it's in dramatic need of a good set-up!

I'd love to try a Modern Eagle trem (or ME Singlecut Trem, yum)... The RP pickups are good, but a W/F BRW neck would rule. I briefly tried a BRW 513 a few years ago that was interesting.

Mmmmmmmmmm.

EDIT: I'd love to try the Korina McCarty but it'll have a gloss neck. That's a big turn-off for me. I had a Cu22 AP that was a fantastic guitar, great vibe, didn't like the gloss...

A-Pig 7s, Miracle Man & Mule, Cold Sweats... Expensive kit and no talent posse.

What finish is that Custom of yours above there, Chris? It's a stunner. Looks great with the zebra pickups.

Hmmm, I think I have fallen in love with the PRS Modern Eagle.  BKP's of course.  Faded blue jean or that emerald burst color.

I just played my mate's Tremonti 2, and while it's very nice, I actually prefer his Custom 24. Can I change?
