Something a bit different, MQ neck
« on: September 08, 2008, 05:00:08 PM »
Used amplitube 2 for all the guitars and "bass" again, I really like this for recording now I have a good interface, great clean sounds. MQ neck in an all mahogany les paul. Found a cool oldschool sounding drum machine vst and inspiration hit me :P Lots of midi synth so if you arent into that sort of thing you'll probably hate it

This is awesome - reminds me a bit of a band called "Heavens".
Especially like the drums.

Also - I see you're using the 'Deep Water Blackout' moniker now. sweet :D

I thought I'd keep my name for random recordings, jams and stuff then that band name for original things.

Cheers :) I've decided to do something that probably a bit cheesy and lame. Anyway I want to do a 3 song mini-album, starting with the first track which is sort of a slow buildup into the 2nd track, one with more distorted guitars and stuff then fading into this happier ending track. Dunno if it'll work but I'll give it a go. Of course it'll all be the same style, electronic music with a bit of guitar :)

Cheesy and lame doesn't have to mean bad. Everything has its place. Keep the clips coming, I always enjoy your playing.

(this isn't helping my p-90 GAS either)
