If he's a professsional, then why doesn't he just invest in SM's Jaws press?  Maybe they hired an actor for the job!  Since when does it take 2 people to fret a guitar?  I think it's the Blue Peter method - here's one the expert fretted earlier, we'll throw away this balls up that I just made.

Those videos are hilarious. I like the bit where he says "this one has a lot of high bits, and that's because we've just inserted the frets", but forgets to mention the word "badly"...

Surely this IS a piss take? Fumbling aside (and the insertion of the frets is absolutely priceless: CRUNCH as the vice grip of doom, complete with hand-'steadied' fret radius tool of disaster come crashing down on the unattached fretboard of destiny) the quality of the video is dismal!

In case you haven't seen one of the first ones where he explains why he's not using the right tools, I thought I'd post it here. So basically, if you haven't got any of the right tools, don't worry! You don't need any of those big expensive machines like in the factories (or even the correct tools for the job that real luthiers use), just go to daddy's tool kit and fetch the biggest set of pliers and the straightest-looking rasp!
