Right! I've been avoiding posting in this thread for a while, while i decided what guitar i own is my No 1.

Unfortunatly i've not been able to decide between two of mine...so i'll just show them both!

First!
My Classic Vibe Squier Telecaster, bought completely on impulse while on a trip out of the sticks. It sounds awesome, plays awesome and looks awesome (despite what Roo may tell me!).


Second!
My Epiphone Les Paul Custom Plus, this one had just about lost out to the Tele until i played White Room on it through the TT last night. Not as easy to play as the Tele, due to thick neck and thicker strings, but gives such a good sound!

My number 1 should be my Feline and it is, in terms of it being my 'Machine'. But this is my baby:

It's a 99 Gibson US Custom Elegant that initially had some setup issues, but Jonathan sorted her out and now she's a joy.

My other beauty that is grail-like in the house is my Washburn Southern Cross that was part of the original run of 100. I have number 15 and again thanks to Jonathan she's in good stead.

Lots of Les Pauls in this thread. Although I pretty much like all my guitars equally my #1 would have to be my Squier Tele.. Was my 2nd guitar after 15years of playing a beginner strat copy and it plays and sounds great. I have upgraded a lot of the stuff, has a set of Yardbirds and 4way switching and it can do anything I want it to.



Although I love my Esquires, and always use one of them for practice/gigs, the Squier always comes along as the faithful workhorse backup and gets played the most at home.

Suck it Roo. Holydiver in the bridge and a epiphone neck pickup in the neck with a 250k volume pot. My number one and my baby, drilled the pickup route using a hand drill 15 minutes after getting the brand new mexi tele home.

this is mine!

it was hard to decide because i love (more or less) all my guitars... my ibanez sa2020 is maybe the most playable of them all, so there's was a bit of inner struggle (:))...
anyway my satin mahoganey topped classic antique les paul is soo special...  :)

i love how it sounds with the stock gibson classic 57 and 57 plus pickups, but i think i'll soon buy a set of mules for it!
