It does 'feel' really nice with the oil and wax finish. Its also pretty resilient and easy to maintain.

I think the tops make a difference to the eyes perception of the body shape. The Oli Brown actually has more of a carve to the top than the Custom pictured, but that doesn't show fully.

They are great guitars though and if anyone is local to me, they are more than welcome to try my guitar out.

Thats a real nice guitar you have yourself. I would love to try a full on jazzer, but don't have the chops for it  :D

Here is a link to my guitar guys. I think I already posted pics, but website has been revamped and is worth a look. My guitar is the 'Custom' as pictured, the other is the new Oli Brown Signature Model. The website will develop as further examples are added.

My guitar has BKP Crawlers and Oli's has custom wound BKP P90's.

Beside I'm not very found in the design, they look very well built with some nice woods and parts!

Unfortunately the custom Ran next to it is sitting at about #3 or 4, which is a shame i think.
The LP could be moved to #2 when i get the 2nd fanned fret finished, i'm quite excited about it :)

Have you changed over to Tusq saddles in the second pic, or is it just a trick of the light?

Yeah Tusq saddles, a huge improvement over the originals.

I have a set for one of my Strats, it'll be interesting to see how they compare with vintage-style saddles (if I ever get the guitar finished).

It might be in my head but the acoustic sound is a lot nicer, more defined and guitar-sounding(If you know what i mean), rather than just hearing strings vibrating you can hear the tone of the guitar. After all of the pickups are replaced I'll have to get rid of the bridge, it's cheap and nasty. I've got it blocked off at the moment.
