Japanese Guitar Prices
« on: February 04, 2009, 09:52:14 AM »
Don't know if there are any other Jap guitar fans out there but it seems like the second hand prices are going through the roof - a Yam SG1000 went for over £800 on Evil Bay yesterday - I know that the exchange rate has gone really down but even the prices for UK-based stuff seems to be shooting up.

PS - so if anyone has a nice Orville LP under the bed that they would like to sell for peanuts, please let me know!!

I sold my Orville by Gibson (as opposed to Orville) goldtop for £560 a year or so ago.  So maybe I could've got a slightly better price for it now.

With the exchange rate as it is now I'm feeling no temptation to buy expensive stuff from the USA or Japan.  Which is good - in a way.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM
