I'm thinking of having a go at Pilates when I get a bit stonger.

Pilates is really good for getting your body working without stressing it.  Depending where you go to do it, there are some great machines for back alignment and general strengh building - I used to do it in Canary Wharf.  The woman who owned the club (who is very cute), just opened a new place (http://www.tran-quility.co.uk/pilates/ - she is the one demo'ing the equipment).  They do rehabilitation training too.

spurs played to the same level as united for a large part of the game, but just because they are generally a lesser team doesnt mean they deserve to win becasuse they raised thier game for the cup final.

Another day out yesterday. A trip to the local guitar shop, PC world and watched a Weller tribute called The Modfather last night in Walthamstow. Great band, really enjoyed it.
