Figured walnut?

Anyone seen or tried or built any natural finish figured walnut bodies was looking at the warmouth site and just got the idea that one would look and possibly sound great.

walnut sounds very nice but kinda mapley.  if you are looking at figured walnut check this out

i have a very nice english walnut top set in stock that would be wide enough for a double neck, the variation in colour makes it quite special

I had a walnut sg that had a unique sound, very bright and 'tight' but not for me :)

Carvin has some of the niciest wood of "factory guitars" :)

Too bad I don't like their designs :(

I bought a Gibson The Paul guitar on eBay last week which is a walnut body guitar with ebony fretboard! It is set to arrive on monday (it's at the depot waiting to be delivered!).

this is my favorite bit, its english walnut and i love the colours.  its not massively figured but that doesnt bother me
