maybe... i do have a slight allergy to macasser ebony! its why this is taking so long - i am using a respirator when sanding and having to be a lot more thorough in clean up before i go jump in the bath!!
luckily with wood allergies it is usually only the dust that creates a response - even with high sensitivity woods like cocobolo very few people actually have a response from just touching it
