Talking about different makes: What about Harmonic Design???
« on: October 29, 2005, 10:48:24 AM »
Hello,

I've been using their pickups with much success. I have covered humbuckers , strat singles , and humbuckered-sized singles. Any expirience with those???

You've asked what pickups people have used before in other threads check through them to get your answer.
This is our forum and most people here are users of our pickups... Other wise they wouldn't be here.

makes sense really, I think the people here who don't have Bareknuckles are aspiring/saving to get them or can't decide what to get since they're all so good!

5F6-A, Without meaning to sound rude, maybe you should go and find a more general pick-up forum to discuss all the different makers.

ermmm. sorry If I didn't make myself clear.
I've been using Harmonic Design P/us before with good results. I'm thinking about getting some BKPs and I'd like to know if anybody has experienced moving from HDs to BKPs. That's all... Harmonic Design is NOT a major company like DiMarzio or Seymour Duncan that's why I wanted to find out if any customer of BKPs have used HD P/Us before. That's all, really...

I've corresponded with quite a few customers via email who've successfully upgraded form HD to BKP, obviously I'm not at liberty to quote them here but everyone has been very satisfied.I do know several forum members have been previous HD owners so hopefully someone will chime in before too long.

HD, like ourselves, are a small company and they make some nice p/ups although our philosophies are very different as are the tone of our pickups.

That's a very polite way of saying what you really mean, Tim.
