I don't have any useful suggestions, but I know what you mean about being bored. I've been going through a phase where I can't be bothered to do
anything at weekends. I do things I
have to do - get the shopping, run the washing machine, but other than that I'm just reading, watching DVDs or sitting right here... nothing useful. They're basically just two days of not having to go to work.
The fact it's summer doesn't help - I view it as three months to be
survived before the weather gets more civilised, the days get shorter and people stop hanging around outside being drunk and/or annoyingly cheerful.
Anyway, I have to start training for another 10k this week - if I can be bothered :roll:

- so maybe that'll snap me out of it. Having a target/deadline helps.
