I really like how people aren't holding back on this subject. I never heard so many people say so many negative things in one post at this forum  :D

But I'm with the majority on this one. It is a quite ugly headstock. I think it would look better if they hadn't written Tyler all over it, but even without it would still look bad. The last headstock on the orange guitar is far the prettiest/less ugliest because of the missing logo IMO. Part of my disliking is because I'm much more fan of 3 on top 3 on bottom headstock (or what you call 'em). They just look more harmonical to me.

i've only tried one tyler, but if it was anything to go by... it was nice enough not to worry too much about the headstock (assuming you had tons of spare money to blow on one). I don't hate the headstock as a lot of people seem to do, but it's not exactly amazing either.

Having played a few, although it aint a pretty headstock shape, I'd live with it . I thought those that I played were superb to play and sounded great too.

Tylers do play very nicely - like buttah (as they say), very much in the Tom Anderson vein of 'Strats for bankers'.  It's that super-clean Strat thing - pingy tone, super-easy action etc... I like a guitar to fight back and make you work for it.

hmmm looks like he ordered a bunch of Warmoth uncut paddle necks and forgot to shape them.
