nah i dont collapse.
take today.
had a good sleep (not too little & not too much), well rested, woke up nicely, got up, showered, dressed went off to the post office at about 10:30, picked up some stuff, got into work a few mins ago, and right now im getting tired. give me till 1pm and ill be using SO much willpower and physical strength just to stay awake... ill be stumbling into walls and desperatly trying to concentrate on anything.
It used to be some much worse, a few years back, id get up at 6.30, go to work in maidenhead from Reading. work 8 till 5.30 get come around 6.30pm and go STRAIGHT to bed fully clothed a few seconds after getting in the door and fall asleep until 6.30am and get up and go to work without even washing or getting changed. I'd also be falling asleep at my desk the whole time and skidding my mouse into my laptop...oops!
I've had blood tests for everything... ive done CBT... ive been on citalpapram and something else (spelling may suck) and i still feel no different. its a HUGE struggle.
the only thing that gives me an idea as to what it could be, is once i was talking to an old colleague and he said his daughter once got bad glandular fever and had it for months, after which she was always fatigued. she got told she had post viral fatigue syndrome... which id never heard of... but a few years ago i got glandular fever for about 8 months and i couldnt even walk 1 mile without having an asthma attack. (bad colds and such give me an asthma like thing). i just thought it would clear up and never went the docs, and since then ive been ruined.
getting anybody to listen to me and not just send me for blood tests or look at me like im stupid is proving VERY difficuly. hence why this thing has gone on for SO many years.
