i've never been a huge fan of that band, but that was pretty poor.
It just sounds like they want a bigger market sure to me. sing in english more, sound more like gary numan and less like boyd rice.

Plus they are doing that really lazy "cause as much controversy as possible and people will flock to the video and buy the single" thing. Lost all respect I'm afraid. Sorry gwEm, but I can't see any artistic merit in anything that uses gratuitious pornography to sell records.  :?
Like Kubrick's Eyes Wide Shut before it, it's sex for sex sake, nothing more. People can try to dress things like this up saying it's trying to convey something other than "I'm a dirty old man and I love watching titties" all they want, but to me, mere suggestion is far more worthy of the "Art" tag.

Anywhooo, I have strong views against the sex and porn industry, so I'll stop now, heh.  :lol:

I'm more disappointed by the ticket prices for the UK tour - so far all the tickets have been over £100

I LOVE Rammstein , but I cant see me going at that kind of price - especially at Wembley Arena - (PAh!)

since the video is gratuitously hard, its unlikely to be shown on MTV etc, so I don't think that one could say they are using porn to sell records. i personally found what they do during the live show for 'buch dich' far more shocking. they always went pretty far IMO, its nothing new for them.

i don't know why i feel the need to defend them - but i do think its mediocre rather than terrible. 'amerika' was a far better combination of the english/german languages.

edit: it would have been more effective to leave out the graphic elements, and make everything more implied, but looking at their previous output, its clear they wanted to go this way from the beginning.
