Hello, I am a newbie to this forum - and also the proud owner of a new Martyn Booth Classic. I chose the woods, colour, inlays, hardware - and had it fitted with BK Stormy Monday pickups. I am really pleased... playing it is wonderful and the sound is fabulous.

Anyway, I thought it fitting to make my first recording with it... a version of stormy monday... and thought it may be of interest to anyone thinking of the pickups... this is a very jazzy-esque piece but they also rock very nicely too.

Boy that sounds good!

Love the way the Stormy Mondays bring out the pick articulation in your playing.

Actually this is one of the best clips I've heard here for really hearing the sound of this particular pickup.
