Cold Sweat 7 for me?
« on: December 21, 2009, 02:27:57 AM »
I'm in the process of putting together a seven string guitar. I got an RG7620 body and neck but the hardware is all a loss. I figured I'd start with a pickup since I just ordered a lo-pro bridge.

Is the cold sweat good for low tunings? How clear is it?

Extremely clear.

The CS rocks in low tunings.

Then, so do half a dozen other BKs.

What sound/s do you want?

Well I have a Gold Cover Warpig for my JEM on the way so I figure just something different for the 7 String.

I'm looking for something with a good low end with out being muddy.

Band (Something like):

For that I'd go for a c-bomb actually. The CS is a bit too bright for it.
