yeah I noticed that.. Calling your dad Mr Marshall?

He must have been beaten as a child, obviously the only rational explaination.  :?

but if you worked there i dunno, i wouldnt really need reminding of who the owners dad is.
I worked with a guy at a company which is dad owned, and he didnt refer to the owner as dad, he used Mr.
I think it can be a workplace thing. i dont think its weird or reflective of the type of relationship they had.
