Definate aquired taste collection but
+1 It is refreshing though that the owner of that collection is doing his own thing regardless of whats cool or popular - kudos

I quite like the Rising Sun one but that's it really.

If he wraps them all in anti-static plastic, bubble wrap, and boxes them up, he could put those away somewhere safe for 30 years and then sell them for a mint as a collection later on. In terms of investment, I think he might be on to something there. As for the guitars themselves though, SO not my taste. But as they say, one man's pleasure is another man's pain, so kudos to him for indulging his fantasies there.  :)

That one appeals to me too but mainly because I remember Warren De'Martini from Ratt playing one \m/  :guitar4: :guitar4: :guitar4: :guitar4:

Are they all Charvels?

Mostly US Charvels I think, there are a few GMWs in there, I also see aHamer, a Suhr and BC Rich if I'm not mistaken.

Also I think that's just one of the rooms.

Floyds or Kahlers on Les Pauls, that's so wrong.

Never thought I'd say this, but:

more guitars than PhilKing??

PS that tele is such an eyesore, which is saying a LOT given the horridness of many of the guitars there :D

I can only spot one guitar. A red Telecaster.

If you want to see a huge collection of Telecasters, check out

a) Billy Gibbons collection

b) Someone called Ajay on the TDPRI who lives in Aus and has walls full of almost every different model, style, colour, year and country of origin Fender Teles.

Or John 5. He's got loads.

Its just lots of pics of the same 30 or so guitars. I'm pretty sure Tim has more than that and I KNOW philking does.

Its still lots of guitars of course, but all the different angles and pics of the same ones make it seem more, I think.

There is repetition in the photos, but there are 60+ guitars there.  There are 30 just lined up in the racks.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

I think he has around a 130 Charvels and just shy of 200 if you look at the individual guitars on his site.

http://www.usacharvels.com/charvels.htm

http://www.usacharvels.com/noncharvels.htm

A lot of it is a bit garish for my taste but as a collection I think it's fantastic.
