Awesome stuff man! both the reviews and (once again) the music! if only canada-land had a post office these days, can i buy a download or anything from you directly? i'd love a CD but our postal woes make it difficult.
My BK's:
Black Dog8-Riff Raff8 / Black Dog7-Mule7
C-Bomb Set / Blackhawk Bridge
Holydiver Set/ BG50 Set

Cheers folks.

Not directly Keven, but you can buy it from iTunes. Which can only encourage FETO to release the next one, too :)

This is rockin'. Very rockin' indeed.

Also, I am loving the shite out of the 40k reference with the "Eversor" name. Makes sense together with the music too!

Actually, I'd be interested to hear what Callidus-inspired music might sound like. Would it perhaps be the sound of a disturbingly good cover band?

Current era GnR would be a pack of clueless Nurglings fronted by a particularly bloated (figuratively and literately) Herald of the 6th Chaos T'watch, the god of being a tw@t.

Thanks man. Change it how? I always think my drum programming is my weakest point.

Definetly a better program. the beats are good. Its just too wooly and digital. download/invest in Dfh2 or something similar.

I always think BFD2 sounds far, far more genuine than DFH, I just don't mix it well I reckon, the sounds are way more authentic sounding than the super-modern metalized DFH sounds to my ears.

EDIT: I recently got the "BFD Heavy" add on pack though, which I think has made a bit of a difference.

That's Superior Drummer 2 nowadays, Mick used to use an old Akai drum machine or something I think. I do think Mick gets great drum sounds, but he does whether it's programmed or mixing real drums. So I continue to feel it's my mixes rather than the original sounds. MDV has been giving me some pointers and I think it's getting there. Should be a split out soon with quite different sounds to the first record.

All that said, I would like to try out some other programmes too but money forbids it.
