It's great watching Seconds Out, and wondering what the back-stories are (both on the sellers side, and the effect the post has on everyone)... and here we have a back-story coming out in the open!
Luckily I'm immune at the moment... That korina looks damn fine, but it just doesn't look right for me... the Wez is so very "oo la la", but I've got too many teles already, even if they ain't got a TV Jones in, and I'm afraid I'm not too keen on sparkly for myself... and so it goes .... :lol:
The only things that have caused the slightest shudder for me recently are:
Philly's Mira - especially as he's near enough for me to actually try the fecking thing... but what could it do for me that I can't achieve already with several gits that are set-up, tuned, and out on their stands ready to rock even as we speak (an SG, an LP, and couple of teles) - I've gotta be sensible here... :lol:
IronBeast's Boss MBR - that's an absolute steal at £60. All you need do is download the manual and steal your missus's (or someone's) camera USB cable, and you're up to speed. Recommended mods are - apart from a Boss power supply, why-o-why didn't they include it (OK, it's bigger than the thing, but still...) - get a bigger SD card, and one of they USB card reader thingies (the USB from the machine is way too slow).
Someone has to get the MBR and start tw@tting about with it - you will not be sorry :)... I'm almost tempted to get it as a reserve myself, in case the other conks out... but, again, I have to be sensible...
