I feel a wind up email for the following coming on....

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Fender-Custom-Shop-Stratocaster-heavy-relic-1962-LPB-/290429240223?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item439eee839f#ht_500wt_1182

Just need to look the garage to see what I have in there that I would offer in exchange...

I've got

* A couple of Epis with no pickups (and a box of no-name pickups you can choose from)
* 3 or 4 sets of 10s I don't use (but would normally give to my nephew)
* A broken Guvnor pedal
* A two legged Mic Stand (Ok, "Mic Laydown" might be more accurate)

Interested, Ian?

If it wasn't Lake Placid (not exactly my fave), I might have thrown in a niece or two... (One's 20, the other's only 8, so she'd come in handy when the first one wears out)

You were holding out for burgundy mist with a matching headstock, weren't you Andy?  :wink:

(Actually, if it was burgundy mist with a matching headstock I'd have bought it by now)

:lol:

As long as there was "quite a lot" of relicing on the matching headstock, wouldn't be so bad...

Hang on, is "Burgundy Mist" a sparkly finish? If so, can't really be doing with that... or not relic'd anyways... still... if all it was gonna cost me was two nieces... hmmm...

It's not sparkly, it's metallic - like Lake Placid Blue in fact.
