How would one go about such a thing living in N. America??  Just out of curiosity.

Denim I'm guessing you have the answer.

I don't much like the colour scheme, or the inlays (or reverse headstock), but the basic shape is awesome. Like a charvel star, kind of thing? :D

But Dave, and this really does show how much of an old "vintage geetars look" luddite I really am, I'm kinda struggling to see how wearing one of these is a million miles away from a certain picture you posted in the "Guitar Racism" thread... or maybe it's one of those "Smell the Glove" things - just a subtle twist and it makes it all right

"There is a fine line between clever and stupid!"

Premise A: "The 80s were COOL"
Premise B: "George Lynch was/is COOL"

Classic 80s shape? ... Check!

Classic 80s George Lynch graphic paint job? ... Check!

Combined in a way not done before? ... Check!

TOTAL WIN!

The 80s were 30 years ago so we are ironically dealing with an innovative modern 2010 twist on "Vintage vibe" not dissimilar to a player choosing a Strat Plus with lace sensors in the 80s..  :?
