amplitube 3 or amplitube 3 with stealth pedal

Hi all,

I have been looking at amplitube 3 and pondering.  One thing as got me a little confused though.

You can amplitube 3 for about 206 pounds.

or you can a version with a stealth pedal for 199 pounds

Can you see why the one with the pedal is cheaper than the other ?
Do you think the amplitube 3 with the stealth  pedal could be used without the the pedal and with another interface? 

I may be tempted with the stealth pedal version if I think I am not just limited to using the stealth pedal has an interface. Thanks in advance guys.

I don't think that there's any difference between the one with the pedal and the one without. And you should be able to use amplitube without the stealth pedal - it's just a little bonus (as far as I know).
