Its good, but not quite there....though I'm not familiar with the source material or what you want it to sound like, but for my money/imo theres a bit too much gain in the guitars, and clarity is suffering. Tonally it should sit well in a mix, perhaps with a bit less low end (and gain).
Consequentially (possibly, anyway), some of the parts arent doubled terribly accurately. But it is overall well played, just not quite nailed in some places.
Theres something thats not a valve clipping somewhere too - that buzzing sound that crops up from time to time. I'd say its a mic pre normally, but it sounds like a pod? (Que much laughter and telling me to $%&# off if its not!) so maybe its the DAW track or 2bus or line in or other.
Edit - sorry if thats harsh at all; just calling it how I hear it. It is mostly good.
