this was a bit of effort to get hold of... after spending a miserable day at work i had an email from andertons, tempting me to buy an epi ZW camo (i must've been depressed that day!). Anyway, i think i owned the zakk for all of a day before i saw the error of my ways and went back for an exchange!
loving the neck on this :D

I love the old Sabre models and the ones like this that have since evolved from them.
I miss the one in my avatar pic; would consider getting a new one if I could justify the outlay

Yeah, I like that.
I think I've said it before, but Ibanez really do seem to make "universal" guitars - guitars you can imagine being suited to any genre...
Hmmmm... I wonder...

Congratulations on the Lovely guitar I've got this version
Only difference is the top. Bloody great playing and sounding guitar acousticaly. I did find the bridge pick-up awful and muddy but a Miracle Man solved that issue. Middle and neck pickups are great though. The ZR- Trem wonderful once set-up correctly and it doesn't dive when doing doublestop bends.

I'm not a superstrat fan but these Ibanez models appeal more than most, nice design! And I think the ZR trem looks interesting as a Floyd alternative.

There has always been one thing that has put me off the S models.
And thats the pointless little cr@ppy bit of plastic around the selector switch it just isnt needed.
I however love how the gutiars play and sound.
I have however spotted some newer models that dont have the bit of plastic so i may look into one for the future.
