Going to Feline for NGD
« on: December 11, 2010, 10:13:04 AM »
Leaving shortly to pick up a Tele from Jonothan. I bought the neck, a Fender with Rosewood neck and Warmouth Ash body from Philly earlier this year. It's got BKP Blackguard pickups, Earvana nut, 4 way switch.
I've just got to get through London's Xmas shopping traffic, eurgh!
Warpig, MQ,
Miracle Man-Trilogy Suite, Cold Sweats, Black Guards, Rebel Yells & Irish Tours!

For a minute I thought you'd got one of the new "junior" types - I'm watching developments on those with interest...

Nice one - I assume pics are in the offing?

What type of Blackguards have you got? With the introduction of the new sets I don't know how to post advice on them anymore!

So is this the first in a new "Feline Phillycaster" range? (guitars lovingly put together by Jonathan and his team from parts amassed in South London by a well known parts collector  )

Train it. I do. It's $%&#ing tedious but still. You get from A to B.

He's overcome with so much excitement he's been unable to post a reply.

Imagine if you got trapped in Phillys house - it would be like an episode of the A Team...

"I love it when a partscaster (or 6) comes together"

Philly... With this and your recent Ebay deals have you ever thought of just bidding for UK distribution rights from Warmoth?

It would legitimise your inventory and give you a very decent second income...   :D

  I hope it's not illegitimate!

No, I think I've learned a lesson from my "Warmoth Period".... won't get that carried away again.... but I'm not saying I've made my last purchase either!

(There may be a few more bits for me to sell, too)

I'm just trying to imagine how Philly would invite someone to his place. Something like "Do you want to come and see my spare parts" could be taken the wrong way  :o
