Can't see the pics  :x  (that's the fault of my work computer), but I think I know the one.

I remember seeing a Centennial Firebird at some point.  Bit blingy.

A lovely guitar and a good investment no doubt.

i hope so, in a fit of foolishness (not entirely unusual for me) i've put a deposit on it :)

found some better close up pictures of the details.  not the actual guitar this time, but one the same.  it is indeed a bit of a blingfest Philly!  hopefully it won't take me too long to pay it off.

i played it through a Marshall Vintage Modern combo, same as my own.  at first i was a bit underwhelmed, but a couple of tweaks with a screwdriver transformed it, it's a really good sounding guitar, and plays very very nicely.

Looks like a footballers guitar. It would look right at home in Alderly Edge or Prestbury.

i'm not going to apologise for the bling, i think this kind of tastelessness is all down to personal preference  :D

my concern with it is that it doesn't have it's original case, which should be black leather, or it's certificate of authenticity, and a couple of other bits and pieces that originally came with them.  i'm not sure how much to be concerned, but it is a bit of a niggle

You cracks me up sometimes...

I'm not too much into blingy guitars, but I think this one kind of gets away with it (almost!).

Hope it turns out to be a goodie Blue :D

Not my cup of tea but looks like a big bucks guitar. Should be a sound investment even without the case... good find.

Serious congratulations on this one. I've seen Rudi on stage with one a number of times. Its a modern classic, no doubt about it. Too bad about the certificate of authenticity. It is a bit blingy I guess, but I don't find it too bad.
