I think they are great amps for the money and even hang with much more expensive amps.

I'd probably get the normal JC100H though, I find it sounds a bit more open and dynamic in the clips.

From that guy I recently checked the MAK4 clips and was blown away. THAT is an amazing preamp, but 4 units big  :x

Christ on a bike, what's in that thing? Six tiny little 12AX7's and it's bigger than my power amp? I'm not knocking the sound quality, the demos sound utterly incredible but 4U is just ridiculous. I'd love to get hold of a schematic and knock up a clone of that. Possibly in a 2U case though.
