Volume problem

Hi Folks,

Since having my RYs installed I seem to have a problem with the volume control for the neck pickup. I always liked to keep this rolled down a bit for for cleaner, bluesier sounds. Now it seems to do nothing - roll it down and the volume doesn't change until in the last tiny bit of rotation it turns off the volume altogether.

Any thoughts on what's wrong ?

it sounds to me like it has been damaged whilst installing the new pickups.

You'll need to replace it.

Too much heat when grounding is the general cause
