I know what you mean, but I don't really get that feeling with the Tyler - whoever owned one of my guitars before was always going to be a better player than me!

However, I do often think the Tyler itself is "too good" for the likes of me (same goes for my PRS guitars, to some extent).  I feel much more comfortable with my MIJ Juniors.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

I feel much more at home with my MIM Baja. Strange really. The only expensive guitar I ever felt at home on was the CS Esquire.
I think I hate being indecisive.

Great guitar players, but my favorite when it comes that kinda style still is Andy McKee. Great guy and I feel he really puts something into his music. Amazing live performance and just a nice guy.
Also improved a lot since these videos were made.
This is my personal favorite. Might not be his flashiest, but I love the emotion and just drift away...and live he played a fadeout that stunned everyone, just amazing how well he could controll the volume until the last bit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JsD6uEZsIsU
THis one brought him youtube fame: http://youtu.be/Ddn4MGaS3N4

Just my favorite.
