It's a either a Custom Shop Jackson or a guitar make I haven't heard of of. It's definitely not a Jackson from the factory. He will have had it custom made.

Googling the band, I found quite a few pictures of him playing a Jackson RR24 with red bevels, one EMG and 24 frets. Based on these pictures from earlier this year, I'm guessing that this is the same guitar covered in black tape to obscure the logo and red graphics. I love the "what's this guitar?" game. :)

How to replicate this 'song': Take all the band's gear, amplify it and throw it off a steep mountain slope along with a severely hung over singer.

Well this is not about the "music" - Personally those synths gives me the headaches, and the bassists voice is like a castrated manatee's death scream.
Your music will never be as hard as this!

Are you implying there are synths that don't give you headaches?

To be fair, this is an absurd gag.

I don't dig the band either, but what they're playing is difficult and requires a lot of ability. Including what the singer is doing.

I wasnt doubting their ability but as I may be considered a 'music dinosaur'  old git in other words by some on here because  I grew up listening to Great rock bands from the time I consider to be the best years when singers could sing and guitarists could play and so on that video did not do anything at all for me and I dont agree about the singer either.
Just my humble opinion of course

If not doubting the ability, why make the throwing stuff down the stairs comparison, or in fact the "when guitarists could play..." remark, jest or not? It's as daft as Jason Becker fanatics claiming that David Gilmour is rubbish because he can't play 32 notes a second.

Just a bugbear of mine, "this music is shit" is fair enough in my book, but "this isn't musical" isn't, if you get me :)

Funny, I go the other way round.
There's no way a piece of music could be objectively shite to me. A piece of music might be intended to make one dance or feel sad and in many cases it won't do that for me, but that's not to say it isn't achieving its goals for other people.
Saying something is "musical", on the other hand would be more absolute. I would say something is musical only if it has some sort of tune, is pleasant to listen to. Obviously most people will disagree on what is and isn't musical but at least there's some sort of criteria to fulfil.
Not to say that I like all music that I would describe as musical and vice versa

I noticed he only had 1 knob on the guitar in the video, RR24 for certain so you win ;)
