Custom Logos on pickups

Hey all, I have heard only good things about Bare Knuckle Pickups and I am very interested in the Warpig (Bridge) and Nailbomb (Neck)

I was wondering if you could have a black coverd pickup on the Warpig and this logo on it...

Cheers!  :P

Yes it can be done, just not in colour.  It can be laser etched in, would probably look cooler, especially if the pickup was finished in camo.

i'm definately thinking of my next guitar being a Les Paul, and getting a pair of Mules with my band's logo engraved on the covers. or one of the covers, and 'ai' kanji on the other. or meby not. but that won't be for a while anyway, so i've plenty of time to decide

plus, we might be changing our name, and the logo with it.

That nuke logo would look cool on a camo cover. Especialy in a guitar that glows in the dark. I wonder what Customs would have to say about that.

I'd be interested in something like that, but how deep would the etching be? because if it was deep enough,  I could fill it with yellow paint

There's a post here called 'black etched covers'. There's a good pic. It might give you some idea of how deep the etching is.

Yes the warpig can be done with black covers, it would just loose the second screw coil.
Anything with custom engraving on it takes about a week longer that normal, and it will cost extra too.

I'm planning a set of Crawlers for my Yamaha SG. I want them in black covers with gold coloured screws (like the SG 2000 and 3000). I would also like engravings on them: 'Bare Knuckle Pickups' on the bridge pickup, just like the one shown in this forum and the boxer logo on the neck pickup.

How much extra are we talking about?

Its only extra for the custom engraving because the Laser company have to trace the design on computer so the laser can engrave it. So they charge us depending on the time it takes to trace the design. Weve never been charged more that £25 for it.
They already have our logos on file, so its no extra for them.

Awesome Steve!

Is there an extra charge for gold coloured or brass screws? The guitar has (aged) gold hardware, so that would look so much better. 8)

BTW, I'm gonna show off this guitar with these pickups to a couple of luthiers who are used to working with exotic materials and pickups. I'm sure I will bring you two more customers.  :D
