I've had Virgin broadband for about five years in my place and for two years prior to that in previous homes - always pretty solid broadband and tv services.
Can't say I've had much of an issue with them that wasn't resolved with a phone call. If you end up with a big phone bill calling them to sort out their fu*ck up, tell them and say you want them to pay for your calls or put some kind of compensation package together - I got £5 per month off my bills for a year when they double billed me, but thats really all I've ever had to complain about.
