We had all this hype with the Italian 'Rock Audio Speakers' and Gold wire, Plugs, etc, blah,
at $35,000 per speaker (not a pair !) if you don't mind !

Some people have more money than sense to buy this nonsense, and I think you will find that they haven't
had to actually EARN that money in the first place !

Best,
Fred D.

When you have the money and you can buy your holy grail, why not?
Personally I think a 1000 dollar pickup will not sound this amount better then any BKP...

SD come out with a lot of cr@ppy hyped products these days. After years of insisting that there is only one JB and that it has never changed they now make about 5 JB models. My favourite is the JB antiquity, here's what they say about it:

' buffered by the mellowing effect of aged magnets and years of simulated sweat, dust, and oxidation'.

Simulated sweat ? Simulated dust ? Give me a break.

What a bag of shiteeee.  Seriously, who's going to buy them?

Well said Dave as for the people who will buy them...........people who can afford to pay ridiculous sums for  guitars, swap out the pups with the most expensive ones they can find, dont have a clue about playing and then hang them on the feckin wall in a presentation box for others to look at.

That is me! :D Though I only have one expensive guitar and I don't hang it up... Can't play for shite though. My excuse was it was purple and I have a massive weakness for purple. That and because I can :)

When you´re racing, it's life. Anything that happens before or after is just pies.

you could just by an old JB pickup that nobody else on ebay wants for about $30 - the whole 'aged magnet' thing always smelt of bullsh*it to me.
