If you like the band, go like the page.

Not my band, obviously. I produced the first track.

In case you dont know about this manner of thing (I didnt), its written to begin with on a gameboy: all the electronic sounding bits are programmed, note by note, in a modified gameboy. The rest is real (well, the drums are S2 and slate, but you know what I mean).

At first I was like 'wtf' then I was like 'wtf, thats awesome'.

I really don't like the vocals. But I imagine he quite digs Pitchshifter and if that's what he's going for then he's hitting the mark I suppose.

The music is ludicrously silly fun, though!

Fair enough. hes good at what he does though. I like his style. Sort of a punkier james hetfield.

But yeah, great fun isnt it?

Edit: in fact the vocals are stuck in my head. They do that.

I really like it. Loving the vocals too.  I can see where you're both coming from with the JS Clayden/James Hetfield comparisons.

That's quite some fun. I think the singer - indeed, close to Hetfield - maybe not be the best singer, but not bad at all too and he gives it the edge it needs. There's some Muse-craziness in the song too.

Yeah, I've been doing chip metal, and general 8bit stuff for years. Its semi-light hearted punky stuff, anti-corporate and all that ;)

just as the intro was playing laura, completely unprompted, asked if it was one of yours.

i think that means you are officially known for the chip metal thing ;)

have posted stuff here from time to time, generally I keep low profile on it though, unless theres something special about the track. this is a more traditional rock/metal oriented board after all - stuff which I love myself :)
