I've found that my War Pigs pull that off nicely, but I'm sure a Miracle Man would be lovely as well.

Ceramic warpig. The hollow mids of the miracle man would not fit

the miracle man doesn't sound hollow at all in very low tunings
it has a ton of lower mids, so it sounds very full at drop A

but I would pick a c-pig, anyway

I could be wrong, but I'd say the Aftermath.

I remember the singer used to play a peavey rockmaster preamp as well, which is pretty much the same preamp of the peavey ultra, 3120 and xxx series
best guitar device low cash can buy ($200 on ebay)

IMO, the Invader sucks a gargantuan amount of balls anyways :D Also, checked your sig, and what you've said is true. Massively underrated band, they should reform.

Agreed. C-Pig works great for Nile tunes (all 2 songs that I can kinda play because they rank among the more catchy/easier).

A good friend of Mads and I put it best about that song: "If that breakdown doesn't make you want to punch a bear in the face, there's something wrong with you."

Yup.

Tracked with an SM57 on axis, dead centre of whatever speaker they use. V30, I think. Normally an absurdly harsh and bright sound, but with invaders in often mahogany guitars through DSL100s, it works. iirc at least annihilation of the wicked is pretty minimally treated after that, but I cant say about the others. Love the guitar sound on those whom the gods detest, detest the sound on ithyphallic, both sound EQd to me, but thats shear guesswork.

What info there is actually correct is from Neil Kernon posting over on the nile boards.

The overwound miracle man I used to have is the best from BK I've heard from it. It was 23k. I miss it a bit, actually. Stock, the c-pig is about right all told.
