And i was wondering which pickups to get to switch out the stock neck and bridge. I was originally going to go with the aftermaths, but later reconsidered because my brother told me they have a very compressed tone, which makes sense cause its basically Misha's model. i will be playing mainly in drop c. i mainly play metal, specifically prog metal, but would also like to be able to have a great sound for jazz or other genres. I'm looking for a pickup that is not too compressed with a tight low end response that is still chuggy. very resonate, singing highs. and great meaty mids that will put it together. my brother uses nailbombs in his 7 and said i should consider them.
