On the main page for the Yarbird, it states "Separate ground wire on the neck cover for use with 4 way Tele switch." is available as an option, but on the actual shop page, there's only the option for an "Aged Bridge".

Am I missing something obvious?

Below the cover options there should be both options for neck polarity and 4 way mod.

Thanks. I just noticed it says "neck 4 way mod" I was just looking at the single bridge pickup.

EDIT: So...with that in mind, if I bought just the single bridge pickup, would it work with my 4-way switching tele?

IIRC it's only the neck pup that need a special treatment to work with a 4-way switch so if you already have it installed and working and just want to replace the bridge it shouldn't matter (please someone correct me if I'm wrong).
Have: Crawlers, BGF 50/52s, Mules, ABomb, RiffRaff

As far as I'm aware (and I've done several 4-way mods to my teles), BigB is right - the extra wire needed is on the neck pickup to sort out the grounding for its cover. If you're not replacing the neck pickup, and it's already working with a 4-way, then you should be good to go.

There is a possibility that the neck and bridge pickups will be out of phase if they're made by different manufacturers, so that might need a bit of tinkering.

Fortunately in this case, assuming the neck pickup already has a separate ground wire for the cover, the phase problem (if there is one!) can be fixed by just swapping round the connections of the other two wires from the neck pickup.
BKPs I've Got:  RR, BKP-91, ITs, VHII, CS set, Emeralds
BKPs I Had:  RY+Abraxas, Crawlers, BD+SM

^ I tried to say that as well, but the way I worded it made it sound very worrying, so I just deleted it

Like Philly says (who's made it sound a lot easier to deal with than I did), if you've already got the 4-way and neck connected then it's easy-peesy to swap the neck connections.

It's crossed my mind that your "4-way switching tele" might in fact be a Baja? If it is, the S1 switch is already doing this connection swapping.
