Ebay guitar fun
« on: September 22, 2012, 08:58:19 PM »
As my partner has decided to watch X-Factor this evening I thought I'd take a look around on fatfingers (misspelt ebay listings) to look for potential guitar related bargains.

Rather than finding bargains I have found much hilarity. This one was may favourite..........:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/FENDER-TELECASTER-ELECTRIC-GUITAR-well-played-old-gitar-rare-treasure-or-/160884281701?pt=Guitar&hash=item2575735165

We are by no means authorities. We take issue with only one thing on this well played relic, and that is the CHICKEN HEAD KNOBS as we have not seen any of these in our research. This said please do your research. It is your responsibilty as this item is being sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS.

........until this one turned up:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/OLD-GETAR-GUTAR-GUITAR-SUPER-UNIQUE-HAND-MADE-USA-RARE-OLD-1800s-/390470305688?pt=Guitar&hash=item5ae9d80798

AUCTION STARTS AT. . $1, 952.00  to wean out unrealistic bidders

MISSING  MAIN NECK finger board and frets,  ,  five of the TUNING PEGS are missing but thankfully one specimen peg  is remaining

I'm considering getting the credit card out.
I think I hate being indecisive.

That inspired me to sell my Hondo Stratocaster, as a rare specimen (real vintage plywood!) from the seventies. It even has vintage Seymour Duncans, which don't come around much these days. Biddingprice starts at 2000 euro.
Mules, VHII, Crawler, MM's, IT's, BG50's.
