Guitar high quality paintjob?

Does anyone know of anyone who is able to do work of this kind of quality? dont have any info as to how its been done, what materials used,etc-is this kind of stuff durable? thanks guys-just love the thought of customizing my gear :-)

looks like its all stencil work so technically its pretty easy - but getting a design that looks good will be the difficult part

that looks a bit to changing rooms to me ;)

I like it.....

I'm no finishing expert, but in terms of durability I guess the important part isn't the painted design itself, but getting a decent number of clear coats over the top of it.
