Looking good!

Have you got rid of the old SG I sold you?

Thanks Dave :)

no, the SG is still there, and still sounding great.  these are my Les Pauls, and i included the SG because there was a space, it's real pretty, and with the maple cap, it's a bit Les Paul like!  i find the old SG, and other all mahogany guitars, have more alive, vibrant tone than the maple capped guitars.  but i love the big, full thump of a Les Paul

i still have too many guitars, and i'm figuring out what to get rid of at the minute.  these will all be staying though

I didn't realise you had so many!   Excellent collection.

So with the SG and MIII, is that 10 Gibsons?  Or maybe a few more?

That's a superb collection. Being mainly a strat- en teleplayers I have a weak spot for the Deluxe. Borrowed one a while from a friend and those mini-hb's fitted my style.

No, it's great, makes me feel less guilty!

(I was thinking I had 6 Gibsons, but you've reminded me of my Melody Maker, so that's 7...)

Yes, i know what you mean, they do have a Fendery quality to them.  more so than P90's.  the neck pickup in particular sounds fantastic

I forgot my gold Centenary flying V too.  it can get a little out of control.  logically, there is no sense in having all these guitars.  but well, logic sort of goes out the window when it comes to passions :)
