Got a standard sg, 2 vol 2 tone.....getting ready to order thinking crawlers or crawler bridge riff raff neck.....but problem I have is that I want to put 2 push/push vol on it to replace original normal vol, thinking of the ones bkp sell(500k ones..will they fit?)
What I was wondering was how to wire this...so the push/push changes from series/parallel.......could someone supply me a schematic for this

Here's a stack of wiring diagrams.  http://www.guitarelectronics.com/category/wiringresources/

I did this to my Epiphone Sheraton http://www.guitarelectronics.com/product/WDUHH3T2204

Can't help you with the size of the pots in an SG though I'm afraid.  There was lots of space in the Sheraton.  :)

Hi,

I have a SG standard with a push/pull pot for the bridge.  I dont know what kind it was, but my guitar guy works out of his house and had one laying around, so I dont think they are anything special.  Just get a regular pot, not a long shaft.
I think he cut off some plastic or something off the top so it fit perfect and did not hit the plastic plate.  Without cutting that part off, it fit but did hit the plastic plate which when screwed down it had a little bubble in it...thanks
