An odd title I know.. but I wondered if anyone had ever needed to glue a logo back on to their amp? For my sins I am a teacher and one of my musical outlets involves rehearsing with other similarly tortured individuals once or twice a week after the lovely children have left for the day. I stupidly asked some seemingly brawny 15 year olds to carry my amp (Blackstar soloist) down to the practice room on Friday.. When I arrived the amp had taken a substantial whack that had snapped off the logo on the front. Now, I was not overly fond of this substantial graphic but I have recently been thinking of changing the afforementioned amp so disfiguring it is not a great move. It is nothing more than cosmetic damage as we completed practice + a small gig without problems on Friday, however I was wondering whether or not these things can be glued back on, and if so what should I use? As far I can see the logo was originally attached via litle posts - most of which are still intact so a re-attachment looks possible (and necessary if I intend to sell the the thing) Any ideas on suitable substances?
