I sound terrible through just about every amp I've ever owned or tried - the guitar plays a part too of course - so when I got the TT and it sounded half decent straight away, it was really quite a surprise.  :lol:

I think the simplicity of the controls helps a lot, it defeats my natural ability to dial in the worst possible sound from any piece of equipment.  :|

to be fair I'm pretty shy and was playing it quite quietly, whereas the guy playing after me had more confidence and had it turned up a bit. that probably helped. :)

Yeah the TT is definitely an amp to be cranked, although hearing how well it cut through and sounded at stage volume makes me wish i kept my Cornford Harlequin, got to love the "little" amps
