What's up with the "awaiting approval"?

Can anyone tell me what's up with the "awating approval" that some posts are labeled with? It's pretty annoying not being able to post something you want to share without knowing what causes the problem...  :?

We're guessing a new spam filter that's a little too aggressive. Which is ok as long as someone is keeping on top of it.
