Where did you US folks buy your BKPs from? Did you just order them from the BKP site, or get them from a dealer? I finally sold a few things and am in the process of deciding which BKP to get for my Les Paul (Rebel Yell, VHii or Riff Raff) and wonder where the best place to order from is? Thanks guys!

I always get mine directly from the BK web site.  They usually arrive within 2 weeks of ordering (I'm in Hoboken).

Remember that when you order from outside the EU the 20% VAT disappears when you get to checkout (if you are logged in with country details).  This makes the price considerably better than what it looks from the initial ordering page.

I get mine sent direct from the UK to Australia and even with the shipping cost the total is less than the cost in the UK.  It's just a matter of exchange rates, of course.  Prices for me on imports have increased quite a bit since January, but they are nowhere near as bad as they would be if exchange rates return to what they were before the GFC
